CFC Training
This past weekend on Saturday Nick Kwiatkowski of HostingPlace.net did a three hour training session on how to use and develop with CFC's. While been using ColdFusion for 5 years now, I've not yet "tapped" into the power of CFC's as objects, only as query replacements.
Nick's training session and answers to many questions was a big help in allowing me to start seeing how to use them as "objects" and how they were intended to be used.

Glad you enjoyed the class! It was a great experience for myself, as I was able to see other people's coding styles, and how they were solving the same problems I was putting on the board.
