Yesterday I helped a friend setup their new computer. Believe it or not they were still using Windows '98 on the computer. The new computer was a Dell Dimension 4700 with XP Home SP2. To transfer the files from their old Win98 machine to the next WinXP computer I planned on using my 1GB Apple iPod Shuffle. The problem was that Win98 didn't have any drivers for it although it recognized it when I plugged the Shuffle in.
Using
these drivers from this
page I was able to get the drive to work on Win98.
