Outlook RPC over HTTP

My next project is to try and get RPC over HTTP working with our Exchange 2003 server. We have 4 remote users that cannot get Outlook to work through the VPN, it's all very strange. I'm hoping that this will resolve the issue completely. I've followed the guide found here at Microsoft, just need to test it now.
