If you need to write one or more Windows Visual Basic Scripting files to automate anything, you should really try VbsEdit, it's a fantastic editor with debugging as well. Best of all it has at least 50+ sample scripts to cover just about anything, or at least get you started with a very good idea on how to do what you want to do.
