Macromedia User Groups

If your a user of any Macromedia product, do you attend and/or participate in a local user group? Macromedia has various user groups for their products in most states, you can find the list here. Do to other obligations I'm not able to attend my local meetings all of the time, but when I do go it is certainly worth the time and I end up walking away with having learned something as well as additional contacts in the area of users like me. My local group is the Mid-Michigan ColdFusion User Group, what is yours?
