Finishing the basement

My wife and I built a house when we were married in July '97. We left the basement un-finished with the idea of finishing it ourselves in the future. Well today, over eight years later it's still not finished, but VERY close. Last night Par, our friend Tiffany (aka Flip) and I painted the trim in the basement white. Each room has a different color. My office is a bright yellow to keep the room light and bright since there are no windows. The family room in the basement is an almond, which contrasts nicely with the white trim. The extra bedroom, which Flip has verbally taken claim to, is a sort of purple and the bathroom a lime green, which probably sounds bad but looks really good, especially with the white trim. I'll post pictures in the next day to show the progress thus far.
