Supervisor Role

This week the part-time person I hired started work. This makes me their supervisor which is a role I've never been in before. I'm very glad that the person I hired is a sister from a neighboring congregation. She worked 20 hours this week with me and I was very impressed with her work. She caught on to the tasks I was showing her very quickly, took the initiative on a few occasions to be pro-active on some problems, and is diligent and organized. At this point the only "down side" I can see with her working for me is not being able to have her work more hours for me.
