So I launched my first ASP.NET 2.0 Web Application today for an internal customer. They wanted to give others in the organization the ability to search a list of company contacts without the ability to modify them.
Currently a desktop application is used to allow the Communications staff to update these contacts, but others shouldn't be able to. Sounds perfect for a little web page doesn't it?
So here is a screen shot, as you can see it's pretty basic. They search the school, select the school and the contacts for that school are displayed underneath. I was very impressed with the response time on the application, so was the customer. I really look forward to developing more ASP.NET 2.0 web applications.
