Cousins Wedding
Tonight my cousin, Katie, was married at Notre Dame and the reception was a short drive away in Granger, Indiana. Par and I made the reception afterwards. My mom rode down with us.It was a nice affair.
During dinner the groom and his choir buddies sang a few songs, which was pretty neat. The party was nice and we took a number of pictures. It was the first time since my grandmother's stroke that I had seen my family on my mom's side.
When I brought the car up to the door for my mom and Par I noticed the passenger side headlight of the car had burned out. I thought it odd since I had just replaced it a few months ago.The drive on the way back was slow as they started to get a lot of snow. As we drove more towards I-69, the snow storm quickly dissipated. Of course as soon as I got into Michigan I was pulled over, no not for speeding, but for having the headlight out!
