Virtuozzo "Caveat"

I just spent an hour and a half trying to get the workstations on the lab network to get an IP address from one of the two DHCP servers I was running in a VPS. I finally called the Virtuozzo technical support only to find that it's a "known issue" that you cannot run DHCP within a VPS. I can't find that documented anywhere. Furthermore you can't run DHCP on the hardware node either, it won't give you the option to "Authorize" the DHCP server.
