Setup Conference Room in Exchange

We have two conference rooms and a training room here at work. Currently the scheduling is done using a Public Folder, which works, but it makes it a little more difficult to do meeting requests or if you need to change a meeting time. It would be much easier if you could select a resource, like another person, and see their availability and if an adjustment needs to be made in the time that the room's use is adjust automatically. I knew Microsoft Exchange Server could do this but I've not found a good resource on how to do it until now. I found this article on three different ways to setup resources like this, but in particular how to have it like a user.
