I've never been that interested in Linux before, but in the current position I have I can start to see it's benefits. I wanted to get an idea of how to run a Linux server using Apache and MySQL along with PHP. I ended up finding the book "Run Your Own Web Server Using Linux & Apache" over at Site Point. I had one of Site Points books before and really enjoyed reading it and this one is the same.
I've read almost 4 chapters now and really like how it lays things out, not too much, once in a while too little, but usually just right and easy to read. You can download the first four chapters for free if you want to check it out.
