Help Desk - Issue Tracking Software

At work we were long overdue for a system to track bugs and "issues" with our software and development.  After looking at a few, and starting a few "home grown" ones, I installed Mantis yesterday and we're starting to run with it for now.  So far it's pretty nice.  I downloaded a JumpBox version of it, which I just opened with VMware Server, then started, configured the IP address information, and was able to login to the system and create users.  Very nice and easy.
You can use it for free, however, if you want to be able to do backups of the system, the cost to register is a very affordable $30.
One thing we needed with this system was to enable anonymous access so anyone could submit an issue.  Although this isn't my preference, because of one of the applications we host for anonymous surveys, it was required.  I found directions on how to enable this and it worked just fine.
