Microsoft Out-of-office Assistant Broken

One of my co-workers told me today that their Outlook out-of-office assistant wasn't working, so they were unable to turn off their out-of-office message since they've returned. When clicking on the Tools menu, selecting Out Of Office from the menu they were told "The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to use this extension". I found Microsoft knowledge base article 327353 with the solution, however, since we're using Office 2003 the key is "11" instead of "10.
