Un-installing NOD32 but forgot password

I inherited a web server from a different domain that had NOD32 2.7 installed on it. The software license had expired so I needed to replace the product with a newer license and version of the program. The problem was, when I tried to run the uninstaller, it would prompt me for a password. The problem was the password from the previous domain administrator wasn't being accepted.

After some searching I found a reference that indicated if you rename the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Eset\Nod\CurrentVersion\Info\PackageID to something like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Eset\Nod\CurrentVersion\Info\OldPackageID, then your able to uninstall NOD32 without a password.
