First week at the new job

So I've been working at the new job for a week now (4 days actually, I had a previous commitment to keep on Thursday so I was off). It's strange working for someone else after working for myself after 5+ years. While the software is the same that I've used before, it's the whole process of understand how and why this organization uses it and that's been the challenge so far. As the new network engineer I'm trying to get a handle on all of this.
