Windows XP Media Center Theme

So when I was at my brother-in-laws house last night, he was showing me a new web site he's working on and was running it on Windows XP Pro, but the start button and windows looked a little different. I asked him what theme that was and he told me it was the Windows Media Center Theme and it doesn't need anything like WindowsBlind or ThemeXP to run! After some Googling, I found this page with the download link for this. It looks really nice and "freshens" the Windows XP interface up.
