Smooth Exchange Migration

Last week was my Microsoft Exchange migration project. I took us from Exchange 2000 on Windows Server 2000 to Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 Server. The project went very smooth using the guide I blogged about earlier. The only snag I ran into was a problem with my one domain controller (DC) not wanting to play nice with the other two. Once that was resolved, and I learned a little more about the utilities to do this, everything was working OK. I'm now in the process of un-installing Exchange Server 2000 and removing the old mail server from the domain. Thanks to virtualization, and VMware, this project was soooooo smooth!
