WOW! The Grand Canyon is huge. I don't think "Grand" describes it enough. It's so quite here, even with all of the people, because I think everyone is in awe of this place. What a witness to the Creator and his power.
Sure is a humbling thing to see and experience. Pictures don't do it justice, but here is a few. Par and I talked down one of the trails, just a little, what a spectacular sight this place is!
It's amazing that vegetation can grow on all of this rock. If you look down from the trail it has to be hundreds of feet down, if not thousands.
