Virtuozzo Updates - Console Session

A problem I ran into at work with Virtuozzo is the in-ability to have a "console" session to a VPS for software installation. We have a financial package we use that requires console access to install the database software. I worked with the technical support for Virtuozzo and was told that this feature would be included in an update to the software in August 2006. On 5/30/2006 they released and update, VZU35111, that provides this ability. You have to manually add a value to the registry of the Hardware Node. To make it worked you have to add "RootAutoLogon" DWORD value to the following registry key HKLM\Software\SwSoft\Virtuozzo and set it to "1". There are two caveats with this "fix" though, one is you DON'T use the "/console" switch when you launch mstsc.exe to connect. Second, the first user that connects has the console access and you aren't able to "logoff" the user, if you select to it just "disconnects" them. Otherwise it works.
