Windows XP right-click menu s-l-o-w

At work one of our main workstations had a horrible problem with the right-click menu opening PAINFULLY slow. After doing some searching I came across an article at http://windowsxp.mvps.org/slowrightclick.htm that detailed how using a simple program named ShellExView to disable all non-Microsoft shell handlers, then one at a time enabling them will isolate the problem child. So who was the culprit of our 30 - 45 second menu delay? Winzip!
