Nice, clean, horizontal navigation menu

I'm working this week for the old lab at MSU updating the web application I wrote many years ago. One item that this application needs is a refreshed navigation system to take up less space. I found a nice CSS horizontal navigation system at http://phoenity.com/newtedge/horizontal_nav/ which I'm going to use as a spring board.
