Default APEX 3.0 Workspace

Oracle Application Express 3.0 installation, to me, is very frustrating. Why no GUI to do it all or select the options, grrr. Anyway, I was able to finally get it installed and was able to get to the login page but had no idea what the workspace is that the install creates by default. I finally found it by opening a SQLPLUS connection and typing "SELECT WORKSPACE_NAME FROM APEX_WORKSPACE_APEX_USERS; Survey says - INTERNAL
