Tonight for work we need to do a conference call with some Japanese clients that we have, and we need to view and possibly control their computer system. However, we don't have a way to do this yet.
On a security mailing list I'm part of, I heard about a product called "LogMeIn" that allows you to remotely control computers, Mac/PC/SmartPhone, from another system, Mac/PC/SmartPhone. I tried it last night to see if it would work for our needs and it did just fine. Turns out they have a free personal account you can use. Find the free sign-up form here.
